These Terms govern access to the website ai-cognitive.digital and engagement with AI Cognitive for DeFi yield tracking and wallet allocation reviews. By using the site or commissioning a review, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Services

AI Cognitive provides human desk reviews and related sessions as described on this site. Reviews are informational and educational in nature regarding portfolio structure, concentration, and yield schedules. They are not custodial services, brokerage, investment advice under Korean financial-investment laws, or a solicitation to purchase or sell any digital asset.

Client responsibilities

You remain solely responsible for your private keys, transaction decisions, tax obligations, and compliance with applicable law. Never send seed phrases or private keys to us. Materials you share for a review must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Intellectual property

Site content, memos we produce for you, and branding of AI Cognitive remain protected. You may use your delivered memo for personal decision-making. You may not republish our materials as your own product or resell them.

Payments

Quoted fees, deposits, and balances are as agreed in writing before work begins. Pricing pages are informational. No checkout or payment processing runs on this website.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, AI Cognitive is not liable for trading losses, protocol failures, smart-contract exploits, missed claim windows, or decisions you make after receiving a review. Our aggregate liability arising from a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AI Cognitive against claims arising from your misuse of the site, inaccurate materials you supply, or your transaction decisions.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
