Client notes

Feedback below comes from completed desk reviews. Names are shortened; details reflect real constraints from the engagements.

“The wallet allocation review caught that nearly forty percent of my liquid stack was sitting in two correlated lending markets. I did not love being told to unwind the larger position in stages, but the concentration note was fair.”

— M. Han, Seoul · Wallet Allocation Review

“Yield desk mapped claim schedules across four protocols I had stopped watching. I still run my own farm decisions; I just needed someone else to read the lockups without rushing.”

— J. Park · DeFi Yield Assessment

“Structure session sorted a mess of gas wallets and LP receipts into three buckets I can explain to my co-signer. The sketch was simple. Implementing the cold-wallet move took me longer than the meeting.”

— A. Cho · Portfolio Structure Session

“They declined to cover a chain I barely used, which annoyed me at first. Looking back, keeping the memo focused on the three wallets that mattered saved the review from becoming wallpaper.”

— R. Kim · Wallet Allocation Review

Extended note: mid-cap holder, six wallets

A client approached us after adding restaking receipts on top of an older lending stack. The brief asked whether “everything still balanced.” Our inventory showed the restaking exposure and the lending markets shared the same underlying ETH beta more tightly than the holder had assumed. The memo recommended staging any reduction around claim windows rather than a single exit day. The client kept most of the restaking position but moved operational funds into a separate hot wallet — a smaller change than we floated, and one they were comfortable signing themselves.
