Privacy policy

AI Cognitive (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use ai-cognitive.digital or inquire about wallet allocation and DeFi yield reviews.

Data we collect

  • Inquiry form: name, email, optional review type, portfolio context notes, and message content
  • Email / phone correspondence: whatever you voluntarily send
  • Review materials: wallet references, exports, or screenshots you choose to provide for an engagement
  • Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) and cookies as described in our Cookies policy

We do not ask for seed phrases or private keys. Do not send them.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, deliver commissioned reviews, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations. Analytics cookies (if accepted) help us understand aggregate traffic.

Depending on context: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps; legitimate interests in operating a secure website; consent for non-essential cookies; and legal obligations where applicable under Korean privacy law.

Retention

Inquiry emails and form submissions are retained up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, dispute, or law. Review working files are retained for the engagement plus up to 36 months, then deleted or anonymised. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days.

Sharing

We use infrastructure providers (hosting, email) who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by Korean authorities or to defend legal claims.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside Korea, we use contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination and the nature of the data.

Your rights

Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email contact@ai-cognitive.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) in Korea.

Children

Services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
