Desk method

Desk reviews are the spine of AI Cognitive. Whether you commission a Wallet Allocation Review, a DeFi Yield Assessment, or a shorter structure session, the method stays the same: slow inventory, written findings, then a conversation.

1. Briefing

You describe the wallets and protocols in scope, what you refuse to share, and the decision you are trying to make — rebalance, claim planning, or cleaning up wallet sprawl. We confirm whether the ask fits a review or should wait until your positions settle.

2. Inventory

Using only materials you provide (addresses, redacted exports, screenshots, or a Crypto Portfolio Desktop export), we build a position map. Gaps are listed openly; we do not invent balances.

3. Reading

Allocation work looks for concentration and correlated yield sources. Yield work looks for claim windows, forgotten gauges, and reward tokens that complicate exits. Structure work sketches buckets you can keep after the call.

4. Memo & walkthrough

You receive a written memo first. The walkthrough exists to argue with it — to mark which notes you accept and which you park. Execution stays on your side of the keys.

After the desk

Many clients return after a major unlock or chain migration. Follow-up passes within ninety days of a completed review are quoted at a reduced desk rate when the wallet set is largely unchanged.
